INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup White Flour
1 Cup Millet Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Medium Fresh Eggs
4 Tbsp Sour Cream
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
15 min to prepare
30 min to bake
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix white flour, millet flour and sugar together in one bowl.
2. Mix eggs, sour cream, unsalted butter and vanilla extract in another bowl.
3. Mix the contents of two bowls together into a
batter ball. Roll the batter ball into 1.2 inch sheet and carve out
circles with a cup.
4. Turn on the oven to 350F
5. Place the cut out cookie dough into a
parchment paper/tin foil paper/ baking sheet and into the oven for 30 minutes.
